Live Event Painting is an exclusive creative service where an artist paints the special moment of your milestone celebration live at your event for all invited to observe and admire! Guests get the rare privilege to watch fine art unfold behind the scenes while clients go home with a one-of-kind memento of their special day to treasure for generations..
In a world where images can be generated instantly by AI, a hand‑painted artwork created in real time feels profoundly special. A live painting carries the irreplaceable human touch — the emotion, intuition, and presence of an artist who was there — something no algorithm can replicate.
Though live painting is especially beloved at weddings, often capturing the first kiss, ceremony, or first dance, it can also be booked for other meaningful occasions like anniversaries, engagement parties, birthdays, cultural celebrations, and intimate family milestones.

How does it work?
Step #1: Booking Process
Once your inquiry is submitted, you’ll be invited to secure your date with a 25% non-refundable booking fee, ensuring your celebration is reserved. Once the Service Agreement has been reviewed and signed, a virtual consultation will be scheduled with Nanaki to shape your painting vision together.
Step #2: Final Confirmation and Payment
Within a month of your event, Nanaki will follow up to confirm all painting and booking details. The remaining 75% balance will be due two weeks before your event date.
Step #3: Live Painting
On the day of your event, Nanaki will arrive a few hours early to set upand begin painting the background. As the celebration unfolds, she will paint your chosen moment live for all to enjoy, using photo references to ensure accurate likenesses of the space and the people featured. By the end of the event, the painting will be near completion.
Following the event, Nanaki willtake the canvas to her studio to add final touches and apply a professional-quality painting varnish (this seals in the paint and protects the art from losing its quality over time). Within 8 weeks, your finished masterpiece will be ready, and she will happily coordinate a private studio pickup or delivery with you.
