1. Our Services
Atelier Virdee provides live event art services, including custom paintings, guest sketches, and related artistic services for weddings, private events, corporate events, and other occasions.
Services, availability, pricing, deliverables, event coverage, and other details may vary depending on the specific booking and will be confirmed through a quote, booking agreement, invoice, or other written communication.
2. Inquiries and Bookings
Submitting an inquiry, completing a website form, contacting Atelier Virdee, or requesting a quote does not guarantee availability or reserve an event date.
A booking is considered confirmed only after Atelier Virdee provides confirmation and any applicable contract, deposit, payment, or other booking requirements have been completed.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your event and contact details.
Changes to an event date, venue, location, schedule, guest count, service requirements, or other booking details may affect availability, pricing, or our ability to provide the requested services.
3. Pricing and Payments
Pricing may vary depending on the requested services, event duration, location, number or type of artwork requested, travel requirements, customization, and other booking-specific factors.
The applicable quote, invoice, or booking agreement will specify the price, deposit requirements, payment schedule, fees, and other payment terms associated with your booking.
Additional services or changes requested after a booking has been confirmed may result in additional charges.
Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the applicable invoice or booking agreement.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, deposit, and related policies applicable to a particular booking may be provided in the customer's booking agreement, proposal, invoice, or other written agreement.
Please contact Atelier Virdee as soon as possible if you need to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or otherwise modify an event.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
If these website Terms conflict with a signed booking or service agreement regarding a specific event, the applicable signed agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.
5. Event Requirements and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring that Atelier Virdee has reasonable access to the event venue and any space, setup, or other arrangements agreed upon for the requested services.
The client is responsible for obtaining any venue permissions or approvals reasonably necessary for Atelier Virdee to provide the agreed services.
Clients should notify Atelier Virdee promptly of material changes to event logistics that could affect service delivery.
6. Artwork and Creative Services
Artistic services inherently involve creative judgment and interpretation. Final artwork may reflect Atelier Virdee's artistic style and may not reproduce a subject, person, scene, photograph, or other reference with exact photographic accuracy.
Specific deliverables, customization requests, quantities, timing, materials, and other artwork requirements may be established in the applicable booking agreement or written communications.
Reasonable variations inherent in handmade or live-created artwork are not necessarily defects.
7. Intellectual Property and Artwork Usage
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, applicable intellectual property rights in original artwork, photographs of artwork, designs, and other creative materials remain subject to applicable copyright law and the specific terms of the customer's booking agreement.
Purchasing or receiving physical artwork does not necessarily transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights unless such rights are expressly transferred in writing.
Atelier Virdee may establish separate terms concerning portfolio use, reproduction, social media, photography, or promotional use in the applicable booking agreement or release.
8. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program Name: Atelier Virdee SMS Program
Atelier Virdee may offer SMS/text messaging for transactional and customer-care communications and, where separately authorized, marketing and promotional communications.
Transactional and Customer-Care SMS
If you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive transactional or customer-care SMS messages, Atelier Virdee may send messages concerning your inquiry, booking, or requested services.
These messages may include:

Consultation and scheduling communications
Quotes and booking information
Booking confirmations
Appointment or event reminders

Marketing and Promotional SMS
If you separately opt in to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages, Atelier Virdee may send recurring marketing communications regarding live event art services, custom paintings, guest sketches, availability, upcoming events, promotions, special offers, and other business updates.
Consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services, making a booking, or otherwise doing business with Atelier Virdee.

Any rescheduling, cancellation, refund, or other remedies associated with such circumstances may be governed by the applicable booking agreement and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Atelier Virdee's business operations and applicable federal law, subject to mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
Once we receive the client's confirmed business location/legal information, this section may be updated to identify the applicable state or jurisdiction more specifically.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.
When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on our website and the “Last Updated” date will be updated.
Changes apply prospectively and do not automatically modify an existing signed booking agreement.
